"The room was nice and very clean bed was comfortable! The only problem we had was our refrigerator didn’t work and they said they couldn’t do anything about it due to the hotel being completely booked:( so unfortunately all the refrigerated food we bought was wasted . We had to eat out every night. "

"The room was nice. Not as big as I thought it would be. The pool area was very small. We did not partake in the pool because there was always screaming kids when we walk by. When we checked in, the man who checked us in was very just brash. He wasn't very welcoming. The first thing he said was what are you doing here. I didn't think that was appropriate but maybe they're supposed to ask why people are there. I didn't see him smile or anything like that. When no one was checking in he was on his phone sitting right at the desk. Breakfast was all right. On Sunday they served sausage that seemed like it was undercooked. The person who was working the breakfast room had a scowl on her face the entire time. She did not engage with anyone. She seemed very unhappy."

"I want to say the staff at Douglas Inn and Suites was amazing. We accidentally left a full duffle bag with shoes a phone clothes and money in it. We didnt realize til we got home to Michigan. We are so appreciative to the guest who turned it in and the staff that mailed it!! Thank you so much!! Will be forever grateful!!"
