Thanks for your feedback. All top sheet and for sheets are washed and changed for every stay. Duvet is not changed for every stay which is same for every accommodation.

It is very nice of you to have told us you had a good stay at our place when you checked out. We appreciate your feedback.

Last minute booking guest. Brought dog to the building and and barked . All the building can hear the barking. The staff has to go to the room and ask to let the dog to leave.

We were fully booked out for these two days which you stayed and had to turn away our returning guests. If you were not happy with the room, you could let us know straight away and we would be very happy to cancel these two days or at least 1 day so we could give it to our other guests.

Instead of pre-authorization on the card which automatically refund to the card around 1 month by the bank, we now charge the card so we can manually refund the guest when check-out.

Thanks for your comments . We have a few talks before your arrival and knew you have very high expectation for Sydney’ s Accommodation . We are budget accommodation and we are fully booked out for the days you stayed. We have our regular guests wanted to stay at our place but no vacancy .We had suggested you that you can cancel your booking before your arrival or if you are not happy with the room, you can cancel when you check-in. But what we do not understand is why you did not want to cancel and had stayed for 3 nights if it is so bad?
