“Location & safe”

“I stayed at the royal hotel for 1 week and really enjoyed it. It's about 12 min walking distance from Coogee beach and is near many cafes and restaurants. It is also near bus lines that take you to the city. I'd recommend this place to sb who wants to spend a relaxed time by the beach. For sb looking for a more urban experience, the hotel is about 15-20 mins away from the city center so it may also work if they don't mind the bus and uber fares.

“everyone was so kind location was perfect. lovely small kitchen and nice washingmachine greatplace”

“good place to rest”

“The room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.”
