I liked that it had a window you could open. Very basic room but OK, bed a bit soft. the Room was serviced daily, but coffee cups were never washed, milk and toilet paper were not replaced. The room manual is very out of date, saying breakfast was available down stairs, but apparently has not been available since Covid. I would stay again because of locality to where I need to be
My only complaint about the property was the mattress in our room that was too soft and I felt that I was having a sinking feeling. I was not able to advise the staff as he was on the phone when we checked out. Otherwise happy with everything else

The room was spacious and comfortably
The area was quiet
A perfect place for a brief stop over in Sydney. Location is great with a 5 min walk to the Double Bay ferry terminal and a 15 minute walk to Edgecliffe Station if you don't want to pay Sydney's exorbitant taxi fares from the airport. Clean, welcoming, functional. One more pillow each would have got you 5 stars. No natural daylight in the room so wouldn't have wanted to be there for more than a night but that's personal preference. A great stay.
We were disappointed by the size of our room and bathroom (tiny) and lack of storage space. The bathroom definitely needed maintenance - water damage to ceiling and shower door wouldn't shut properly. Most of the staff were great, except the rude man who checked us in.
The rooms were small, luggages would barely fit beside the beds. Apart from that, the place was well located, and the balcony was a nice feature to take a drink and wind down
This is a compact boutique hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff.
It is not luxurious, but it is well priced and in a great location, easy walking distance to a number of dining venues and the Double Bay Ferry terminal

Generally great stay. Perfect location and great food spots and distance to the buses, trains and boats. Had been asked to leave our key at reception and they were very slow, however with all things considered would otherwise definitely recommend.
Property is very worn, reception lacking in warmth or customer service, didn't stay one night, room was very run down, stains on bedhead, bed hard, checked into another hotel.
This is a good 3 star property and actually pretty good value for money given the very high end area. Excellent location. Our Exec room was spacious and clean. We will certainly stay again.
A nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. We booked a family room for 5 but only had 2 twin beds and a double. The room had no windows which was very unpleasant.
Everything about this hotels location is exceptional. It is a real rabbit warren and is very tired. No decor to speak of. It was very quiet however!

Parking arrangements were a little difficult as dependent on street parking, and the atrium room was small, but adequate

This hotel was ideally situated in the centre of Double Bay and close to all shops and restaurants.
The room, although small, was very comfortable and had a comfortable bed, small refrigerator and hanging space.
Older style hotel that’s been renovated simply. The rooms are good size and the staff were lovely. Walk from the station, with The Oak or fine dining across the road.
