1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including.
For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.)

I couldn't the reservation there so crew asked me to leave...

The public transportation of the airtrain is so convenient that's why I stayed again this year following last year. The hotel's breakfast was also substantial and yummy. "
