"Excellent stay Cleanliness of rooms was immaculate. Nice welcome pack of wine chocolate and water. Nice walk in shower with full amenities. Kitchen has nice coffee machine and full cooking amenities. Excellent location to all of Brisbane by foot ferry and bridges. Friendly front desk staff easy check in and welcoming. Be aware of some construction noise in the area as Queen's Wharf is developing.but not too bad as you are out during the day. Overall a very good stay."

"Bathroom area very tiny. Not clean. Bugs dead and alive could be seen on floor, table top and in fridge! Overall very poor. No internet so tv would not work. No key return on ground floor area. Building is so old it needs condemning. Steps have holes and rails not safe. Outdoor area full of tree matter and slippery to walk to car space. Definitely not a nice place to stay unfortunately "

"I will say this. In my opinion, the location is definitely one of the highlights of staying at this hotel. It’s right on one corner of the Brisbane river so, you’re surrounded by restaurants, piano bars, spas, etc. Also a great place to exercise considering the riverwalk is literally right there which looks pretty good on your Strava App lol. This Stamford also has a 24hr gym with pretty good gym equipment that won’t be too far off from the kind of workout you can have from your local gym. Breakfast is something I don’t particularly have time for, but the breakfast buffet prepared here is phenomenal. If you have a rental car, it can be parked at the hotel but you will PAY; so ask about if you’re looking for a bit of convenience. Anyway, I always stay at The Stamford when I visit Brisbane and there has never been disappointment."
