Staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The rooms were clean and finding a parking spot was very easy so that was nice!

Marriott Syracuse Downtown
Our booked room wasnt clean on arrival, they offered us a different room, luckily it worked for us, we changed rooms, and they were able to accomidate with coupons to the resturant.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast.
