There was no water, there was trash under the bed, the parking lot was full of garbage I called about issues with the water and they said there was no maintenance until the morning so I could not even take a shower clean dishes or anything They had no dish soap so I couldn’t wash my dishes either This was horrible and I want a partial refund there should never be a situation where you have no hot water The people upstairs were jumping up and down on the floor all hours of the night and nothing was done This was awful, I want a partial refund

They need to check house keeping. Ashes on the window, incense sticks behind the toilet. I had to wipe the toilet seat. Bed was just straightened it wasnt changed cos the pillow cases were wrinkled. Floor had prints on it. Light bulb was burnt out. Either the toaster didnt work or the outlet was busted.

The front desk attendenant was on some sort of drugs or alcohol and was unable to form sentences and check us and 2 other people into our room after 10pm. After 45 minutes of trying, someone instructed him how to check us in over the phone. The police came and were circling the building on foot. My sheets were dirty, but I feared for my safety by asking for clean ones in the lobby late at night. My window was broken and didn't close and the toilet also didnt flush. This was the craziest experience I've ever had at a hotel. Do NOT stay here.

Computers need an upgrade
After traveling most of the day, i was looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. The house computer had "crashed" and i was unable to check in. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and could still not check in.

I stayed at this hotel twice in the past week. The first night we encountered a very dirty room with feces and vomit in the bathroom and an almost detached shower curtain rod. We were too tired to go back to the front desk to request another room. The second night was in a room that had been cleaned but the room next door had the door open with an obvious scent of fried fish emanating from the open door. I had to open one of my two windows to allow fresh air to come in which helped enough to allow the strong odor to dissipate a bit. The other window did not have a scrren so left it shut. There were noises in the hallway and a couple sleeping in the hall near one of the stairwells also. Need I go on?

An OK Place
Grab and go breakfast was a joke: No juice or fruit, just packaged muffins and granola bars. Several outlets didn't work, we could not have a phone next to the bed. The only towel hanging rod fell out. Room was clean and smelled good, bed was comfortable and the shower was OK. Hall had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke.
