"The buffet breakfast was dried fried eggs and runny gravy. Just not the selection I expected. The water in my shower would not get hot because it was not working right. No working elevator. Staff was friendly though. "

"Hotel was not very clean. Staff was making excuses , blaming management for the poor upkeep. Website says pool open, but when we arrived the pool was closed by the health authority. Overall experience was terrible. Checked in and had to request a different room for our daughters because of smell and something old that was dry on the wall above the bed. Would not recommend this hotel. Do not believe the rating"

"Room was as to be expected, but the floor was dirty. There was hair on the floors and looked like someone just forgot to finish cleaning. Bed was comfortable and clean. In the bathroom there was a big dirty hand print on the back of the door. Just small details that were missed by the cleaning staff. Overall the stay was quiet and staff was kind. "
