The hotel room wasn’t very clean. The on-site restaurant’s dinner was okay, and the breakfast buffet was good, though a bit pricey compared to other nearby options. The biggest plus is the mall right next door, and the hotel does offer on-site parking when a space is available.

The staff were great the rm was a rm but the pool had sewage from a broken pipe as best as I can figure and I got that hotel due to the pool but the staff gave me an extra free day besides the 9 I paid for and think the could have done better but than again they were booked up

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room needs improvement with cleaning. Needs regular changing of duvet, extra toilet paper and towel as well. Keycard access sometimes don’t work. Shower room necessities almost run out. Needs to improve service specially in checking in.It took me half an hour in line waiting just to check in. suggest to have online check in.

Staff was excellent (front desk, bell hop, housekeeper, everyone)! Rooms were very clean. Shopping mall adjacent to the hotel was a bonus and included numerous dining options. Close proximity to the airport is one of the reasons I always stay at this hotel. The only negative point is finding adequate parking at times.
Food in the hotel restaurant was above average prices but was also above average quality. Our server was very helpful.
Poolside bar did not disappoint. The bartender was very attentive.
