The hosts were amazing and communicated well. All amenities were as described. Environment is clean and well-kept. I am not a cat person, but they did not bother me and were sweet. The muffins were delicious! Everything met my expectations! Good-bye hotels for me. Hello "home-stay" with Dale.

When you first enter of course it’s fall and no flowers were out not like the picture you do walk up stairs to get to house. This is a shared house so there are animals and people around you very homey. All individuals and pets were very welcoming but had boundaries. You have your own room and bathroom/shower. You are welcome to share kitchen living room and outdoor space Coffee was made in am and breakfast items are available to eat, you can even use the washing machine and dryer. We enjoyed our short time there due to the homey, friendly free spirited atmosphere

The friendly team at this B&B found umbrellas for us to take to a Little League game on a cold, rainy day. Their cat Charley helped me warm up after the game by sitting on my lap. And they served freshly made bacon and eggs for breakfast. There were many amenities and our bed was comfortables.

I spent a week comparing hotels and, despite my skepticism, (it just looked too good and affordable to be true) so I booked this one for a single night — and I was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded the ad claims: thoughtful amenities, a relaxed, down-to-earth staff and owners, and beautifully decorated communal spaces that feel like a cozy home. The atmosphere is fun and varied, with plenty of tasteful areas to hang out and unwind. All of this comes at a fraction of the price you’d expect for such quality. Four stars — highly recommended; they’ve clearly put a lot of care into the details.

Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. The front walkway leading up to the house is a bit overgrown with weeds and plants making it difficult to navigate to the house with luggage going up steps. Safety issues there.
