The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, Lucy in particular was especially kind and helpful with getting us checked into our reservation and giving us information on the amenities of the hotel. The room was well kept and very clean but complimentary toiletries were sparse (had to be bought) and the walls were thin as we could hear footsteps and doors being shut from our floor as well as the floor above us. Despite this I would still come back due to its proximity to the Tacoma Dome and how comfortable the beds were to sleep in. Thank you, staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, for such a warm welcome!

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve had recently. Now I was in town vehicle shopping and was only staying over for some much needed R&R. All I can say is I stayed on the 6th floor facing the parking garage. It was so quiet!! My bed was so comfortable..my husband and I had a wonderful (and strong 😏) huckleberry lemon drop in their nice clean bar by the entrance and the bartender waitress was so nice and attentive. We ubered to the casino (though I wish I would have tried the short ribs at the hotel) which was close and came back for the most sound comfortable needed night of rest. This was also 1/3 of the price of the casino. I’m a nurse and if I pick up shifts in Tacoma I’ll definitely be staying here again hands down.

After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants.

Great place to stay in Tacoma. Convenient to everything and especially close to two amazing beer/dining places. Our room was on the back side facing the mural at Heidelberg Brew Pub. Very quiet. The room was clean a spacious. Sad that there isn't free breakfast. We never saw anyone in the restaurant the 4 days we were there. Maybe they should re-think that situation.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A POOL, nor a hot tub, NOR FREE BREAKFAST. The staff informed me that they have tried to let google and all the sites know so do yourself a solid and be aware of this now. Clean and maintained hotel. Safe. Quiet. Close to Tacoma dome, as in a 18 minute walk.
