"Nice large rooms. Pretty clean when we arrived. We stayed for 3 days, one day the staff made up the room with fresh towels but no fresh cups or coffee supplies. The next day they left coffee supplies but no fresh towels or make the beds. Not sure what is supposed to happen when you leave the sign that says housekeeping wanted. Also buckets of ice in office area not cold enough and 1/2melted the ice into a big block and stuck to the plastic bag. The blow dryer supplied is cold air only."

"The room was a little small, but adequate. Free coffee and popcorn are always available, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok if you're not diabetic. There was no protein available. It was cereal, waffles, pastries, or biscuits & gravy. The kids enjoyed the waffles. I'm diabetic and didn't eat. The breakfast area was very, very busy and the staff struggled to keep waffle batter and fresh coffee. The only other criticism i have is that the wifi is very basic. To get better internet it's $5 an hour. I like to stream TV on my iPad but wasn't going to pay the high price."

"Rooms were very clean, air conditioning was awesome. The staff was the most helpful, friendly staff we ever experienced at hotels. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. We definitely have our new favorite hotel in the Upper Peninsula Michigan."
