Could be a good choice

Overall, it worth its price. My room is quite clean. The only issue is room's soundproofing, which is too bad. I could clearly hear people's voice next to my room.

The only complaint is that, the sound proofing need to improve, as I can hear the sound along the corridor and the room beside mine, the rest is fine

------ Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff Cons: The hotel is not well maintained, with water seepage/stains on the walls (near the bed), and a foul odor in the bathroom. Also, the soundproofing is very poor, significantly affecting sleep quality.
