Perfect Long Weekend in Taipei

This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and friendly. The room was lovely with a large bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Taipei. The hotel is very central and close to the MRT station.

The room was clean and kept in good condition. Tastefully decorated with good amenities. The bellhops at the front doors are helpful and pleasant. The reception staff at desk sometimes have a hard time with English but good with Japanese and Chinese languages. The buffet is good. The neighborhood is very crowded since it is in a shopping district but have easy access to many restaurants and close to subway Zhongshan station. I would recommend this hotel.

Every hotel I stayed in were 5 star properties and I stayed in this property numerous of times in the past. But It is the 1st 5 start hotel I found that it limits the coffee per each day. It is a 5 star hotel with almost perfect ratings. But the coffee limit to 4 each day I found it was not a 5 star service. How much a coffee worth and how many cups of coffee can be drunk each day. It’s minimum to a 5 star rating property and it definitely left a dent on a 5 star hotel image.

①部屋にパジャマを常備しないのであれば、チェック時に要否を聞くべきだと思う。 ②使用済みのタオルを廊下で回収したら部屋にはタオルが無いのは明らかであるため、タオルをドアに掛けておく等、提供する方針を提示するべきだと思う。 ③朝食バイキングの内容が連日ほぼ同じのため、連泊しても飽きない工夫があった方が良い。 ④20階のサウナ施設はとても良い。ドライ、ミストサウナがあり、且つ温度が高すぎない点はとても良い。

My husband and I absolutely loved the experience. Their staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious. Because we booked in English, that's how they answered the phone when we called down to front desk. They were great arranging taxi and restaurant reservations for us. 10 out of 10. Coming back here in the future.
