“Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk. ”

“The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good.
