"This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed out. The hotel itself was well laid out and clean, the pools were plentiful with spare loungers most of the day, kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional, it even beat some of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico! Rooms were amazing, very large with the most amazing shower and bath. "The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We had a swim up room which was definitely worth upgrading too. Room was spacious and modern with one of the comfiest beds we has ever slept in. All the food and beverages we had were of good quality. However our only complaint is the price of food which can be 3 times as much as local restaurants. The staff were all so friendly and helpful nothing ever seemed too much. Would definitely return to this hotel. "

"It was a lovely resort. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They all went out of way to make stay enjoyable. Lovely beach for sunset views. Pools were warm and spacious. Food expensive compared to local prices as were the drinks. Cocktails were not great and were pricey. Wi-Fi dropped out regularly.
