“Lovely staff and service”

“Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful”

“Nice peaceful location with Good views . Staff is very helpful”

“The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. ”

“This is a unique establishment with 7 rooms. The lobby plus dining room ambiance is fantastic. The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us, esp when my wife got a little sick. The level of service while serving meals or coffee was very professional. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Roos had heated blankets and a room heater. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. We will return.”

“+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you again Sameera, we will hopefully see you again one day! - Only slight negative is that it could have more photographs of the historical figures or building itself going up the...

“Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Few things were super impressive as follows: 1) All the staffs were so helpful, welcoming and always there for us when we needed. 2) If you prefer something that gives you a traditional vibes apart from a concrete high rise building this place is highly recommended. 3) The entire place was neat and clean along with worthy prices. Besides these nothing was found by me which is problematic or annoying. Long story short,I liked staying there.”

“Room was spacious and nice. Welcoming 5 min massage was great and full body massage for fair price was very good. Whirlpool in sauna area was under maintenance. Service in restaurant was very bad. We ate their twice, both 15 min nobody cared about us, then once ordered nothing happened another 20 minutes, not even drinks came. Second day for breakfast same experience. Food though was good and prices fair. Definitely they have service issues in their restaurant.”
