Pics are really nice, compared to the reality.
No lights on at first, even though they fixed it right away. No extra bed sheets done, we had to do it by ourselves.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.

The bed was very bad to sleep on, and the toilet was not clean, and the heat was not working normal and made a lot of noise.

We would have been very happy with our stay, but in the last day when we were hoping to be able to continue using the spa facilities after check out, as we have always been able to do in the past, the hotel staff told us that this is not possible and if we wanted to use the spa we would have had to pay full price for a (three hour long) spa entry.

Huoneen ilmastoinnista ehdoton plus. Toimii, toisin kuin monessa muussa hotellissa. Aamiaisesta tulee miinus. Aamiaishuoneessa kaaos. Lohta ei ole aamiaisella. Cafeteriasta plus, paitsi että henkilökunta ei ymmärrä suomen kieltä. Muuten kaikki hyvin.

Ok comfortable
Everything was fine with the stay. Nothing spectacular but comfortable. The spa is nice (lap swimming is hard but relaxing in the pool/water massage stations/hot tub/sauna ok) and gym is great for a hotel gym.

after check in we noticed that the toilet was dysfunctional. the hotel crew reported that it had been fixed - but it wasn’t. on the morning we told the the front desk about the situation and claimed some sort of cash back sadly the front desk could not solve a cash back situation - first we have to mail the hotel.

Tosi siisti hotelli rauhallisella paikalla. Meillä oli perhesviitti, joka oli tilava ja kiva huone hyvillä maisemilla. Allasalue pienten lasten kanssa hyvä ja aamupala hyvä. Luksushotelli tämä ei ole mutta kaikinpuolin hyvä ja voisin mennä uudelleen :)

Really comfortable stay here, easy access to the old town and the large pool/spa area is a real treat. On several bus routes so easy to get here/from here to the ferry terminal. Had good food at both the Cafe Marguerite and the Bistro 250. Comfortable room, perhaps a little tired but very clean. Enjoyed my stay.

Kylpylätoiminta puuttellinen
Huone oli siisti ja sängyt olivat hyvät. Saatiin extra tyyny pyydettäessä. Kylpylätoiminnassa on paljon parannettavaa.Kylpytakkeja ei ollut huoneessa eikä niitä saatu pyydettäessä, olivat loppu. Toisena päivänä saatiin kylpytakit mutta kylpylässä olon aikana kaappi oli tyhjennetty, eli sieltä oli viety kylpytakki, pyyhe, huoneen avain ja omat sandaaalit. Niitä ei löytynyt eikä osattu selittää miksi kaappi oli tyhjennetty. Suolasauna oli liian kylmä. Jäi kylmä olo koko kylpylästä.
