The Inbal Jerusalem
10/10 Excellent
"Upgraded our rooms and had lounge access. Bathroom was beautiful and amenities were great! Very lovely stay!"

Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
6/10 Okay
"For carrying the Hilton name the history of the hotel Astoria, there was no value for the high price. General staff with cultural approaches to make you feel the problem is "you". Food quality is below other times we stayed there. Budget cuts? Not on rates!!! AC not working properly. Maintenance staff stating "it a good temperature " when you want another. Every issue had to go to upper management. Instead of training staff to deal with it right away. In the end , there version of " we are sorry and will take care of you"? They paid our parking. To a hotel that charges the most per sq foot in the country, they should be ashamed."

Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa - MGallery Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was fabulous. Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Convenient parking: very close and under cover, although a bit expensive. Not happy that bar closes esrly, at 9pm, although they stayed open an extra half hour so that we could get a 2nd drink !"

Prima Kings Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"My parents stayed in the hotels for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. They loved the hospitality, early check in, the room with fun balcony, the calming design, amazing breakfast and a special delivery of wine and sweets to their room. They had a blast. Gratitude to the team for the responsiveness and kindness."

Jerusalem Gate Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was filthy when I arrived. The towels, bed sheets, floor, and other surfaces were covered with hair. The sheets appeared to be unwashed, and the entire bed was in a shocking condition. There were crumbs and debris underneath the mattress protector, and both the mattress protector and bedding were stained with substances I could not identify. The overall level of hygiene was honestly disgusting. I took photos of the towels, sheets, stains, and room conditions because I could hardly believe what I was seeing. When I asked to have the room cleaned or to be moved to another room, I was told that all the rooms were the same. Despite repeatedly requesting cleaning during my stay, it never happened. I eventually had to obtain clean sheets myself. The hotel is also extremely noisy. While it is located in the center of Jerusalem, there is constant traffic noise and beeping from the street. The windows provide very poor sound insulation, making it difficult to rest or sleep. The staff seemed to be doing the bare minimum. Even during the week, when the hotel did not appear particularly busy, basic requests were ignored. Another concern is safety. The room doors do not have an internal security latch or chain. The door can be opened with a key, but there is no additional lock from the inside that guests can use for their own peace of mind. Overall, this was a very"

Jeru Caps CityCenter

"The staff of male constantly told me he is not working when that day was Saturday the Shabbat stated, but before that Shabbat started, a woman staff did not give the key that can open the front door, she also didn’t give me the door code to open the door. Nor even tell me the coffee was available. Shabbat is not something that couldn’t simply answer question by one few words if you operate a hostel business for public to use it in Shabbat time. At least the person of male should not be in business if he would declare he is the person would keep observation as Shabbat request. The problem is you can keep to observe the rules of Shabbat, then you should ask the management to arrange others to cover, or you make note your hotel in Shabbat with no service for guests. You could not take guests with money while no service for services."

Mamilla Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel right near the Jerusalem Train"

Herbert Samuel Jerusalem

"Excellent hotel. Very reasonably priced. Under the radar for some reason but it's in a great location in downtown Jerusalem. Right by the light rail. 30 minute walk to Western Wall. Clean rooms helpful staff, great breakfast!"
