"The staff was extremely helpful. Property itself appeared to be practically brand new very clean. Food was catered to the property and delicious. Room itself is very quiet even though next to a busy street because of double glass doors. The mattress on the bed appeared to be very supportive and I slept well. There is an elevator in the room to take you to your floor. Can't really think of any downside to this property is near the airport in a place where you'd want to be to catch the next flight."

"Very convenient it is inside the airport and the staff is very helpful and very nice it is a pod hotel so there is no toilet in the unit however the walk to the toilet only 1 minute so it's ok we used it for the second year in a row and still happy with it especially the location oh yes there is a front desk 24 hours so if you check in late it's still ok we did check in both years at 1 am"

"smaller, more affordable hotel, but honestly it ended up being one of my favorite experiences. The staff was a small team, but they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It felt way more personal than a big hotel they remembered my name, helped with recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The rooms were simple but clean and had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with great hospitality, this is definitely the type of spot you want."

"The condition of the property was fine, but if you want to spend time in Hanoi, this is to far away. We could have gotten a room for the same price in Hanoi and saved a lot of money on taxis. The breakfast was ok. We were offered a free pick up from the airport and were told the driver would pick us up in 10 minutes, but it was about half an hour and he did not meet us where we were supposed to meet. When we need a taxi the clerk told us that he would call one for us and that we had to pay him for it. I have been to Vietnam several times and I have never been asked to do this. I later was told that the clerk or hotel gets a commission. I would recommend everyone download the GRAB app and get your own taxi. The hotel is right next to the highway and could hear the trucks all night long. While I was in the lobby i saw a sign on the glass window that said Free Bikes. I asked the clerk about it and he said the sigh was from the last owner 10 years ago. I would not stay hear again. There are better options "
