“Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled.”

“Our stay was okay but would not stay again. There was a constant bad odour from the bathrooms, under the beds were dusty, ants in the kitchen, shower screen needed cleaning. Perfect location and pool was the best part.”

“We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. “The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”

“We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.”

“The pillow was so dirty and smelly. And There were so many ants. They were even on the table and on the bed”

“離馬來西亞新山C IQ很近，步行就可以抵達JB Central，附近也有很多的shopping Mall跟素食餐點”

“Main Bathroom drainage is poor and have smelled of sewage. Insect like moth alike sticking on wall.”

“Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.”

“Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”
