快適でいい温泉宿です。

お風呂が肌がつやつやになり、疲れも取れました。通常歩いて旅行時は筋肉痛になるのですが、ならず体も芯まで温かいままでした。朝食はバイキング形式で十分でした。施設は古いですが和式のいい感じのお部屋で快適でした。ありがとうございます。

■プライバシー対策がの不備が所々有りました。 ■お風呂シャワー、温泉の設備がボロボロで使えにくく、がっかりでした。 ■シャンプー、髭剃など消耗品の品質が低く、使えるものにならないもの多かった、綿棒なども無く不便でした。 朝食、夕食は普通に美味しいです。普通。 良い点:スタッフのサービスが親切で良かったです。

一泊２日でお世話になりました。温泉街の中心地にありますが、とても閑静でゆったり過ごすことができました。 お風呂もた内風呂が広く、のんびりできたのはとても良かったのですが、脱衣所の洗面に置いてある化粧水や乳液などのアメニティが少ないのが気になりました。せめて鏡の前に等間隔で化粧水、乳液のセットが置いてあると助かります。

シラサギという和風な名前のホテルなのに、ローマ風呂！ 意表をつかれた上、凄い大量の掛け流しの湯に清潔な湯船温泉については満点ですね。 というか、眺望以外はホテル近く飲食店があまりに無い事くらいでしたね、不満は。

トイレから聞こえる水音に癒されました。

チェックイン直後に水洗トイレの水が止まらなくなり、 フロントの女性に連絡すると修理が来るのでお待ちくださいとのこと。15分ほど待っても来ないので、再度フロントの女性（財務省のような名札）に部屋を変えてほしいと要望すると「満室でできない」と返事。30分後、修理の男性が来て修理できる様子がないので部屋を変えてほしいと申し出ると別の部屋を用意してくださった。 チェックインしてから１時間ほどトイレから聞こえる水音に癒されました。二度と宿泊することは無いと思います。翌朝、フロントの女性（同一人物）からお詫びの言葉もなかったので残念。。

施設の忖度を考え直す必要があると思います。

まず、チェックインが面倒で、食事の説明が口頭で無く、再度確かめに行ったこと。いつもは、ビジネスホテルですが、温泉に入りたく選んだのですが鹿児島では、週に２回は温泉に入っているので、辛口かもしれませんが、 温泉の香りもなく、湯質もチクチクしました。 食事に関しては、最近のビジネスホテルの食事が向上してるのもあり また、鹿児島の肉も魚もかなり美味しいしので、残念なのは仕方がないのかもしれません。 緊急で必要なのは、御年配の方の事も考え、せめて温泉の手摺りだと思います。

良い思い出になりました！

子供たちの卒業を記念しての家族旅行で2泊利用しました。温泉が気持ち良くのんびり堪能しました。お食事処は熊本市ほどはありませんが、ボーリングも歩いて行けてグリーンランドまでも近くて移動でヘトヘトになることもなかったです。 ただ、2日目に団体と同じ階(向かいの部屋＆隣の部屋)で騒がしい声と子供が走り回ってる足音が不愉快でした。カギを開けてたらドアも開けられました〜。旅館の問題ではなく保護者の問題なのですが。
