“It is a very nice place with a lot of activities, specially for the children. Staff is very friendly and fast acting. We enjoy the Canopy a lot, thanks guys for the attention and patience during this activity. ”

“I stayed there when I arrive to Costa Rica and the the day before I leave Costa Rica. I met 5 staff on counter and they were all super nice. You can spare money for Taxi if you follow their instruction. They have good Wifi, nice mattress. We enjoyed our staying.”

“Only there one night but it was such a treat in such a busy crazy area, felt very safe and calm within it. Staff is amazing, wish we had more time to explore the beautiful property.”

“The blinds were so thin you can see inside the rooms. The door had no locks from the inside. Ants were always everywhere even at dinner time. Only one sweet lady who did an amazing job running the entire place and it seemed like I was the only one there at the time. This spa is not a good place too stay. Not even an iron or air conditioner was in the rooms at all either and list goes on. Stay away!”

“The receptionist Gabby is outstanding, very helpful and resourceful she took the time to address my needs during my stay that were time sensitive. She speaks English perfectly and is an asset to the hotel. I wish there were more people like her in the world!”
