The room was clean and they gave us fresh towels every day. The free breakfast and they had eggs and sausage every morning besides the normal waffles and cereal! The staff were very nine and helpful. This property is probably the cleanest places we have stayed in a long time! Zero problems with anything in the room!! This place is a very good value for the money!!

Great roadside motel. Stayed 5 nights for an event in Lakeland. Plenty of places to walk to near the hotel for food and entertainment. Felt like a very safe area. We plan on coming back. My only criticism, and it's a small one, is that the curtain over the window doesn't block out much light.

What a great surprise. Clean rooms, polite service, and well kept facilities. What else could we ask for? Oh, it was half the price of the other hotels in the area we needed. Fantastic.
