Entrance was not obvious; looked like a regular door. Lobby was fine - coffee, neat US map, items for purchase. Room was big, all kitchen aspects, clean, comfy. Our room was booked for 3; we had to call down & get the sheets/blanket for sofa bed. Bathroom clean, nice shower/pressure with all soaps. Nice bfast - continental plus eggs, bacon, waffles…Free parking. Quick check in/out. <10 min drive to airport. Only complaint was water lines on lamp shade.

The gentleman at the front desk was probably the nicest person I have ever encountered when checking in to a hotel. The room was very clean and convenient for a 7am Flight. One minor complaint was the air conditioning unit that sounded like a Jet Engine taking off every 20 minutes or so, which could not have been foreseen at check in. Otherwise we had a very pleasant evening

Somewhat dates property. Soundproofing not so good. Could hear the plumbing sounds and the occupants in the room above us. The staff were great. Friendly and helpful.

The bathroom floor was flooded and toilet didnt work. They had no other rooms available. However maintenance came fairly quickly and took care of the peoblem. It seems that should have been recognized when the bathroom was being cleaned.

This was our first time staying on the 1st floor. I would totally recommend. It was quite even with a street facing room. The front desk are nice and helpful. The morning breakfast offers lots of choices, and I love the all day coffee and tea bar. The property itself shows some wear and tear in our room (106). The heater has a terrible "knocking" noise. which awakes you every time it turns on. The bathroom is tight between shower and toilet (definitely not to code). The faucet to turn the shower on leaks so you have pulled super tight to turn off, which is hard to open when you are ready to shower.

Checked in toilet didn’t work as front desk to help with problem nothing was done for well over an hour.

Great option to stay over by the airport with a free shuttle. We had an international flight at 8:45 out of Tampa. Much easier to stay there and not have to worry about getting there for an early flight. Also seems like a great place for long stay business travelers. Has everything you need to be able to unpack and make it a home for awhile.

Was in room 350 and it was an adjoining ADA room that we did not request…we stayed for only few hours to get sleep between flights but the adjoining room was very noisy late at night, man and woman talking loud and TV sound also loud. Had to call front desk to let them know the situation and they said they will send somebody but I don’t know if they did because the sound did not go down and I had difficulty sleeping. Also room clock was 1 hour wrong so that is not good if guest didn’t notice. ADA bathroom doors did not close perfectly either, you can see the other in the restroom and does not have good privacy. I was disappointed with this stay and would like to be contacted by someone in charge. Front desk staff made note for the supervisor, please reply to my email. Thank you.

Always a great stay
Second or third time staying here prior to boarding a plane first thing in am at Tampa. Second time for sure same gentleman checked us in. Always so helpful and pleasant. Lovely accommodations and in a very walkable place for food and parking (cheaper than the airport, instead @ A1 parking). Plus they have a shuttle that will drop you off at airport. Thanks again, see you again soon.

People on the most were really nice and friendly but a couple could use a (good morning or good afternoon) put in their vocabulary. Main elevator need a lot of work both in looks, noises and speed. A Good fresh look in paint colors would make a world of difference to this property. Carpets in rooms are dated. CHAIRS in lobby area should be put in the dump was not at all inviting to even sit for the very limited breakfast offering.

I was just staying one night to get some sleep before getting a rental car and driving to Naples. Handy shuttle for pickup from the airport and drop off to rental car center. The main problem was the extremely noisy fan on the air conditioning unit. It apparently could not be turned off. I had to cover it in seat cushions and bed cushions to drop the noise down to a level at which I could sleep. Staff were good. Breakfast was adequate.

The room was musty, no pillows for the fold out couch, very uncomfortable. Air conditioning unit was old, made a loud noise. Inexpensive and friendly, close to a great parking garage for the airport. Great shuttle to and from the airport as well.

The hotel is in need of a renovation and was not very clean. We were super surprised because we usually love Marriott properties which is why we picked this hotel. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and accommodating.
