“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

If someone like that stays in this hotel, your NPS will never make it. However, breakfast was ok. The only thing great was the guy who was cleaning up the tables for the breakfast hours.
