Although somehow remotely located from the main street of Tamon, the hotei itself has abundant facilties and offer variety of activities for kids and adult. My grand children (age of 10 and 8) enjoyed various activities in the "WaterPark". They experienced in the WaterPark the surfboarding and body-boarding for the first time. After the first day, they managed to surf on the wave (standing on the board) in the Wave Swimming Pool.

ホテルは街から離れて静かなところです。私たちはレンタカーを借りたので、立地はとても良かったです。 ただレンタカーがないと、歩いて行けるスーパーは一つです。 近くにファミレスは１つありました。 ホテルのプールは、のんびりできました。 ホテルじたいは古い感じですが、スタッフさんが、皆素晴らしいです。 英語話せなくても全然大丈夫でした。 車椅子利用の息子でしたが、問題なかったです。 お世話になりました。

スタッフの対応は良かったのですが、、、 プールに何故か鶏がたくさんいて、普通に糞がたくさん落ちていたことや、ホテルが古く雨が降った際雨漏りしてたことはかなりネガティブでした。 また、目の前の海は海中が藻だらけで、正直裸足では気持ち悪すぎて海では遊べるレベルではありませんでした。 大きな蚊のような虫も大量に飛んでいたのも非常に気持ち悪かったです…

プールは空いていてパラソルの数もあるので場所取りしなくてもいつでも休める席は確保できました。流れるプールも楽しかったですが、流れはすごくゆっくりで浮かんでいるだけではなかなか進みません。足で歩いたり泳いで回る感じです。波のあるプールはサーフィンの練習が度々入るのでいつでも入れるというわけではありませんでした。30分起きで交代だったかな。スライダーは小さな子でも親と一緒に滑れるスライダーが2本あって何度でも滑られて楽しかったです。施設の老朽化は仕方ないかと思いますが少し残念。部屋の床もタイルなので個人的には小さな子供もいるのでカーペットの方がよかったかな。全体的にはチャモロダンスのイベントを開催したり頑張ってくれているなと思いました。

スタッフの方が度の方も親切かつフレンドリー。子どもたちも沢山遊んでいただき、グアムが大好きになりました。パーティーでは、郷土料理やココナッツ剥きなど貴重な体験もでき、プールは保育園児から小学校高学年の子供まで一日中楽しめました。プールの一部とビーチへの道が封鎖されていたのはとても残念でしたが、それ以上に満足できるホテルでした。また絶対訪れたいと思います。

人は最高。とにかく最高。日本人も現地の人もみんな優しい。だから言葉には全く困らなかったし、不快な思いは全くしなかった。日本のホテルみたい。ただ、建物が古いせいか部屋がジメジメしてたり、ベランダへの扉が開きにくかったりした。

家族連れによいサービスがたくさんありましたので小さいお子さんがいる家族にはお勧めです。 施設自体は古く普通に清潔ではあるのですが、朝食会場で床にカーテンの一部が敷かれていたり、浴室のカーテンの下部にカビが生えていたりしました。 また空港との送迎バスはExpediaから申込んだ客は使えないそうです。事前にその情報がほしかったです。
