“예약이 불편함. 청보미흡, 담당자 연계가 불편한”

“The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. “Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.”

“Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.”

“room generally ok but cupboard inside got some dirty tissues uncleaned ”

Before checkout, at around 9:00 AM+, we heard someone attempting to open the main door, which was a bit concerning. There is a...
