“This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but...

“Definitivamente la estancia es un 10/10. Superó nuestras expectativas. Todo limpio, ordenado, una vista espectacular. Las instalaciones muy bien, todo acogedor. La habitación genial. La atención por parte de Jesús y Javier fue estupenda, te hacen sentir cómodos, como en casa. Ellos son un plus a todo lo bueno del hotel. Nos fuimos muy contentos y sin duda regresaríamos.”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. “The breakfast was excellent, pool was great, staff helpful, unfortunately in the 3 days we where there no effort at all to remove any seaweed from the beach and the smell was bad, would have stayed in town and commuted to a public beach ”
