"I lo ed staying here. It was my first time in tulum and wasnt sure what to expect. The hotel is an easy walk to several restaurants and 7-11. The property was clean with a cute little balcony, where we sat in the early mornings. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and cieling fan. We actually got cold at night. The hosts were gracious. Rented us a scooter. Gave us recommendations and helped arrange taxis and car services whenever we needed. The pool area is nice and relaxing but...

"Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning...

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use.
