"Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. "

"The entire experience was great. The room was spotless, the view was beautiful, and the outdoor space in the penthouse room, including the plunge pool, was amazing. The area was so peaceful, and having access to the paddle boards and the kayaks was such a plus. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance as well"

"The shuttle service is NOT included. It costs $150 each way. Rent a car is you still stay here after reading this. But seriously, do NOT stay here. Could not swim in the ocean. Rocky and full of coral. Even with aqua socks. Everything was beautiful but not functional. The showers went from freezing cold to scalding. No hot water in the kitchen. Uncomfortable seating. Coffee maker didn’t work, was replaced with another broken coffee maker twice. The third one worked but they left the broken...

"the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."

I would give it a better review but there was construction going on constantly right next to the condo building which is a huge turnoff for me as I wanted to relax, hard to do with hammers and noise all day. "The perfect trip, everything was perfecto"

"The hotel knew it was my birthday, yet the birthday banner wasn’t placed on my door until the day before we left, which felt like an afterthought. As Preferred guests, we also expected a smoother checkout, but it took over 20 minutes because they were short-staffed. That was disappointing considering the “Preferred” status. Also be careful not to leave anything behind in your room. My boyfriend accidentally left his Beats headphones, and when we contacted the hotel less than an hour later, they claimed he must have “misplaced” them. It felt like they were simply washing their hands of the situation and taking no responsibility. Given how quickly we contacted them, it’s hard to believe they were just misplaced and it strongly suggests someone on staff kept them. Overall, very disappointing. We travel often throughout the Riviera Maya and expected much better from this property."

"The pool is wonderful!!! Clean rooms!!! Staff 👎 when you go to the buffet is a lot of “managers?? they don’t notice that you there no hello no eye contact lack or smile no interaction with guests. My husband ask for 3 strawberries and the guys denied because he needs the strawberries to make shakes. At the pool they offer drinks very rare if you are in the pool you need to go and get your own drink. The resort is great but the stuff needs a lot of customer service. "
