“I'd stayed in horizon room for 3nights. It's the closest to the beach. you can see beautiful beach and sea. quiet and not crowded. If you don't rent a car, you have to take a taxi to go to the downtown. It cost about 100 peso. Breakfast is simple-bread and coffee. you'd better to order extra. But you can meet nice and helpful staff.”

The security guard was slow to respond to my request to open the gate. She was surly when she did finally open it. I was again asked if I was a guest. As a solo female traveler, i was upset that I couldnt gain access in a timely fashion. There are hardly any people on the street during the week. So there was a potential for danger. I...
