Cuando llame por telefono para verificar la reserva la que me respindio fue un poco borde, cuando llegamos al hotel la mujer que atendio en ese momento fuenmuy amable lo mejor de todo el hostal, pasamos 4 noches y al cuarto no e traton ni una sola vez a limpiar la mesa del balcon totalmente sucia. No volveria a este hostal. Lo unico bueno solo una de las recepcionistas y las camas comodas, por lo demas deja mucho que desea.

Hôtel potable mais HÔTEL.COM service lamentable

Logement bien placé et parking proche mais grosse déconvenue sur place à cause d’HOTEL.COM qui n’a pas fait parvenir la réservation alors que c’est l’unique objectif de passer par eux, scandaleux! Heureusement, le personnel fut accueillant et compréhensif et a su nous trouver une solution.

Praktische, günstige Unterkunft, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich! Direkt neben Bahnhof gelegen und nahe am Strand, in wenigen Minuten auch zu Fuss im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Leider hat es stark nach altem, kaltem Rauch gerochen und die Decke hatte ein Brandloch.

Very close to the station

The staff was very friendly to us and the location is great. The only thing I need to mention is that the shower did not have a head holder. Apart from that, our stay was great!

Mala experiencia, disgusto al entrar, íbamos con un menor y nos pusieron problemas, cuando en la pagina de Hoteles.com lo pone bien claro (menor incluido en la misma habitación) al final pusieron una cama supletoria en la habitación, luego ruidos a altas horas de la madrugada, el ascensor no funciona y da la sensación que va para largo, total nos fuimos una noche antes , por terrible calor en la habitación, no hay aire acondicionado

I was able to book this property at 11:58 in the evening. It said it was 3kms from my location on the autoroute. However, I had to make a detour of 29Kms to exit the autoroute to access the property. By the time I was there, there was noone. The property seems to sell rooms until 12 at night, on the same night of arriving. However, they leave the office at 12, so it is pure theft from clients making late bookings. Poor service and misleading business practices. Telephone numbers don't work and information on the site states that they do not accept late arrival bookings unless informed 72 hours in advance! Never experienced anything of this sort! I had great problems due to this service failure on behalf of Expedia, and will never use it again. Shame on you and your quality control! No service provider on your site should get away with this.

Listed as a hostal??

Immaculately clean. More like a hotel room had own private facilities with toiletries supplied. Didn't have to share a bathroom. No common eating breakfast room just a small reception area. Staff happy to look after luggage for the day on checkout day. Several places close by to buy food and drink and eat. Supermarket at end of road. 2 minutes walk from train station. A couple of busses stop at the train station that you can use to get into the centre. A travelator easy walking distance from hotel to save walking up the main street.

Poor room and not as advertised

Room was not what was advertised, single bed not double and no air conditioning. Plastic mattress also which was very uncomfortable with no air con. Location near the station was good but that was all.

lo mejor la ubicacion, sin aire acondicionado, ascensor que para funcionar debes apretar boton sin soltarlo hasta llegar a destino. muy justo para 3 estrellas y para el precio, dificik aparcar, tienes que utilizar parking de la fira.
