"We had such a warm welcome by all the staff and they were very helpful in supporting us with our lost airport bags. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours so we missed one of our night's...they worked really hard calling expedia to get them to cancel our cancellation fee. They went above and beyond to help us. It is a short walk to the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It's not the first time we stayed there, and it didn't disappoint. The place is clean, with a mix of regular residents and travelers. We liked the buffet breakfast, with several choices of almond milk and low fat milk, chefs on standby to make eggs, omelets and pancakes. The pool is clean, not busy and the right temperature and depth. We particularly liked the pool (billiard) table which my son enjoyed a lot. Two staff, Hanh and Adam, are noteworthy, as they exceeded helpfulness and Hanh even took time from his break to play with my son, so 5 stars to them."

"Everyone at the hotel is extremely helpful and nice. Da went above and beyond to help and all the other front desk staff were great as well! The rooms are cleaned every day while you are out, it is so nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast has a great selection to start your day. Overall great hotel!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with Train Street, the night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed and had a great view over the Old quarter. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and different options each day. The restaurant and rooftop bar staff were incredibly attentive, and the front desk team (Thomas, Sarah and team) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble—we were truly spoilt. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay."

"This is our favorite hotel in Vietnam. We try to stay at the mid price point places and this really delivers value for the price. The staff is consistently great. We can see good hotel management at work The property is wonderfully decorated. Little details everywhere. Very pleasant Location is a block from old town Good home base for exploring the city Breakfast is very very good. A lot of choices including non-Buffett options We have stayed there three times and won’t go to Vietnam without staying there again"

"The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to explore Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-designed. What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff, especially Mimi and Celina. We arrived very early in the morning (around 6AM) after taking the train from Sapa and were exhausted, but they kindly arranged for us to check in slightly earlier so we could rest. We had booked two rooms on the same floor, but one wasn’t available as the previous guest was unwell and extended their stay. Despite this, the staff handled it professionally and upgraded us to a bigger room as compensation, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also superb with good variety and quality. To make our stay even more memorable, they even gave us a small warm gift during check-out, which was such a sweet gesture. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back here again next time if we’re in Hanoi."
