"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The hotel is beautifully located over the lake, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out.
