“Rooms and floors were very old, stained and dirty. I had to wipe my feet off of grit before getting into bed and before putting on socks. When I checked in, I knew the price from Expedia. What surprised me was it asking for a tip between 18-22% or customized or no tip. Unheard of!! And the pool should be in the back of the building somewhere so you’re not hearing the people in the pool area all night.”
