"Lovely pool villa, but some cleaning issues/maintenance issues need to be addressed. A lot of mould in the bathroom, and limescale on shower glass that wasn’t cleaned even once during our stay. Swimming pool tiles have decent amount of mould and algae. I saw a pool boy cleaning and removing those on the communal pool, but seems that individual villa pool was neglected. "This place is incredible. We only stayed one night but the lodgings are beautiful. The restaurant and pool right on the beach exceed expectations. But the best part is the staff. We were having trouble getting to Koh Pha Ngan for the full moon party and the front desk clerk, KHANOM, did everything should could to help us.
