โCodes to get in building to complicated , we got 3 keys and then we still needed code to get in building , my husband asked for bottle water to take his morning medicine and the cleaning lady didn't give him any that it was time to ck out, also we asked for 1hour to leave and she send a message an they can ONLY give use 10 minutes:(โ
โWe had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)

โI loved my weeks stay at the Cross Hotel. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Helping with rides to and from airport, directions and rides to great restaurants the best sites and all the touristy things I wanted and needed. The breakfast included was my favorite. There was a great variety of hot food that filled me for most of the day. I traveled solo and recommend this Hotel to anyone headed to Rome.
Ps: I forgot to mention the Garden bar and rooftop! So much fun. โ
โMy room was clean, staffs were very kind and friendly. Breakfast in good quality. Close from the metro station and there is a supermarket nearby too. I want to stay here again when I visit Rome in the future.โ
