“Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place.”

“Great location near public transportation. Our particular room was very noisy due to street traffic, construction close by and antique windows. Our private bathroom was across the hall and not inside our room causing us to wear a robe to use the bathroom. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Giacomo was extremely helpful and kind.”

“Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips.
One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4.
I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment”

“Decent, clean room. Perfectly fine for sleeping. Everything was handled remotely via Whatsapp so be sure to message ahead of time and give a heads up on arrival (to open the door) or any needs. It is a bit farther out from the main sights but the metro station and bus stops are a 5-10 min walk.”

“Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps.
Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.”

Merci”

It was very cool and had everything you needed, would definitely stay again. Just know you have to pay a tax per person in person which I wasn’t aware of before arriving. Leo was great and sent a link because we didn’t have the euros. Excellent stay!”
