"Not worth the money. You will wake up to construction every morning at 7am. The rooms need to be repainted. The mould in the shower should be fixed. I booked a jr suite and I was catfished. The quality of the room for what you pay is not worth it. The staff are good, restaurant is way over priced and not worth it. I would not recommend. For the same price stay at the St. Regis or intercontinental."

In addition, the conduct of the lady manager was unprofessional. Her demeanor was consistently unwelcoming and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. This experience falls below reasonable expectations and reflects a lack of transparency and customer service. Given the circumstances, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and misrepresentation. I am open to resolving this matter directly, but if needed, I am prepared to escalate this through formal review platforms.
