"No step free access from street. Good breakfast (included in room rate) with coffee machines that make excellent hot chocolate. Blankets are bad because it’s thin and covered with a single sheet only on one side. The only lift the hotel has is tiny (only 3-4 people without luggage can squeeze in at a time). I’d stay again only for the convenience of central location (2’ walk to Termini and 5’ to Opera Theatre)."

"We had accidentally booked the day before arrival due to flight departure time and arrival dates. In asking to adjust the hotel by one day and just push our reservation a day back, the hotel was super unaccomodating. While we didn’t ask for a refund just asked to push the arrival day by one, wouldn’t help at all. Pretty disappointing service for a 4 star hotel. "

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"We are a family of five from the U.S. We stayed in the family room which is really two adjoined rooms. It was perfect for us. One room has a queen bed and a twin bed, the other room has a king bed and a twin bed. Our two older children slept in one room while me, my wife, and our youngest slept in the other. The lights were a little confusing but we got it down after one night. We stayed two days and would 100% recommend this to anyone traveling from the U.S. with a similar family size as ours."
