“A neat and private room with it's own private patio. Easy access to the metro and busses. Limited space for unpacking your luggage. The cleaning service did little more than make the bed. The room got very hot as the aircon wasn't very strong.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Easy access to the train and nearby area is safe and accessible. Caution at night is always advisable. Plenty of restaurants near by. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. We really did not interact with staff, nor use the amenities.”

“The property was kind of hard to find. There is a brass call box with about a dozen buttons on it. There is a black sign with some dentist's face above it. That made it easier to find. The support is all remote - they will send you a video (definitely get Whatsapp for this trip) on how to work the box, get your keys from the lockbox, and using your fob to unlock the main door. There is also callable support. There is an elevator. You share a foyer with 3 other keyed rooms (not uncommon) that has...

“Do not book here. The pictures are a lie. We didn’t even have a bed, it was a dirty pull out couch. The first thing we did was check under the sheets for bed bugs, and sure enough, there they were. The property refused to refund us saying “they weren’t bed bugs” but just other bugs that we probably brought into the room. Now they will not respond to us and I have to call my credit card company to get a refund. Do NOT book here.”
