“Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place.”

“Adding to my first review: The bed in the Standard Room with queen bed was very hard. There is no pillow top mattress or down comforter as advertised in the listing. Along with the noise from the tram that passes right outside your window and the paper-thin walls which allow every single noise from neighboring rooms (including conversations) through, the hard bed will be another reason you can’t get proper rest.”

“Even though it's an Airbnb, there are no cooking utensils in the kitchen, so you can't cook. Simple biscuits and drinks are served. The room is clean and cold.

“Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips. One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4. I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment”

“Great place to stay. Very walkable to any bus station or a scooter ride from the Colosseum.”

“Not recommend at all. Aircon is not working.”

“enjoyable and very social with nice daily events. very well centered location with food spots and amenities near by”

“The room was nice, and the location was pretty good. The staff also allowed us to store our bags since our flight wasn’t leaving until late afternoon, which was very helpful. However, keep in mind that you have to pay a €24 city tax separately. Overall, we had a good stay.”

“Excelente todo, muchas gracias !!”

“Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.”

Merci”

“The best part of this hotel was the staff, so friendly and helpful it made the hotel feel very welcoming, close walk to train station and restaurants. Great place to stay”
