Restaurant needs good clean, chaotic, no organisation, waiting for tables, queues for breakfast. Food very basic - burgers, sausages on show cooking section most meals. Desserts good. Piana Bar carpet very old and worn. Garden area looked after but pool area not washed down. Bedroom clean but dated. Evening entertainment poor. "Premier Clients" programme just started - pool and restaurant sections cordoned off. On edge of resort bus provided twice in morning and once in afternoon.

This is a very large hotel in a quiet part outside of a quieter resort. The food is better than some reviews suggest given the need to feed 600 people quickly, but seems to suffer on a Sunday and can get repetitive in stays over a week. The hotel and some furnishings are showing their age. Night time entertainment is variable. It is though good value, the staff are great and we go multiple times a year. Just do you research BEFORE booking to make sure its what you want in a holiday.

The best way of reaching the hotel from the airport is to take a taxi. Journey time is approximately 15 minutes at a cost of ~€22. My room was on the 2nd floor, furnished to a reasonable standard (a little worn perhaps) and included a safe and fridge. The variety and standard of food which was available at both the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and there were always plenty of dishes to choose from. Access to the beach and waterfront involves a 15-20 minute walk downhill through some housing and commercial areas, although the hotel runs a shuttle bus service. There is also a “Spar” supermarket on route which was handy for picking up some supplies. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for both couples and families.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. La struttura si presenta molto bene esternamente e negli spazi comuni, area piscina e spa molto bella. Le camere invece sono un po' antiquate, ferme agli anni 80, ma ben pulite ed ordinate. Buffet con grande scelta, ma qualità da migliorare, soprattutto sui dolci quasi immangiabili.

Très grand hôtel.
Très grand hôtel extrêmement bien équipé. Grande piscine spa, la chambre est très grande avec un joli balcon. Central, pour visiter les nombreux points d’interêt. On a pris que le petit déjeuner qui est très complet mais dont la qualité est faite pour du ( a volonté). En effet l’hôtel est ancien, mais fait avec des matériaux de qualité.

Relaxing break
Comfortable hotel, sun was very hot on the balcony in the late afternoon. Hotel abit dated, curtains didn't open and close easily so weren't fully open most of the time. Rooms fairly roomy, bed very comfortable, good average fair selection but warm rather than hot.

The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was superb. The spa service was excellent and the swimming pool and sunbathing outside were also excellent. The staff were very helpful.

Struttura molto accogliente, bellissimo stile architettonico, sembra di essere in un giardino tropicale, animazione bella e varia, tutte le sere diversa. Per quanto riguarda la cucina buona e curata anche se molto impostata sui clienti anglosassoni. Unica pecca, all’entrata dell’hotel mancava la bandiera Italiana, nonostante la presenza di numerose famiglie e coppie italiane.

Friendly staff and peaceful resort!
The staff were so friendly and the resort itself was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was banging and the entertainment was actually entertaining.

It’s huge with an array of activities and fantastic Spa and pool. The property does need updating however, several areas don’t look pleasing to the eye and are dangerous

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'hôtel, bien que veillissant, est magnifique avec de très belles piscines, des chambres spacieuses, propres et confortables, une restauration variée et très correcte. Idéalement situé, nous avons accéder facilement aux sites à visiter et profiter des merveilles de Lanzarote

Very spacious hotel,good value for your money
The hotel is exceptionally spacious with a fantastic experience, the pools and views are stunning, the rooms are very spacious with a large balcony, they cater for all types of peope, we have an Autisic Adult in our family and the hotel are amazing with them and have disabled facilities, we also have food allergies and the hotel is very accommodating with this, the entertainment is brilliant with a lage entertainment room and an extraordinary quiet spacious room if you want a quiet evening to read a book or chat with friends, the Spa is available for free on all inclusive everyday of your stay, and they have a wonderful animation team, you get a very good quality for a reasonable price

nothing would make me return to this hotel again. dated finiture worn out and stained carpets but most of all the food offered which was the same most days and only WARM. This hotel could be the best in Costa Teguise as it is big and impressive until you enter it. Built in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it. It usued to provide transport to the town but that has now stopped how sad as the pool area is top class with many sunbeds on offer. Spend some money and bring it back before it is to late. Having stayed in many hotels in Lanzorote this is One quickly forgotten

Amazing stay, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I booked a 3 day all inclusive and the buffet food selection was good. The room was tidy and spacious. Would recommend.

Idealement situé pour découvrir l île. On peut se rendre a pied a Costa Teguise. Buffets a thèmes copieux et bons. Animations le soir dans l hôtel sympatiques même si un peu bruyantes. Une fois terminées nuits tres calmes.

Una cattedrale nel deserto, posto ideale per Inglesi. Colazione senza la possibilità di bevande decaffeinate o deteinate, scasa qualità del cibo. Ascensori lenti e non abbastanza per il numero degli ospiti. Spa, a pagamento con chiusura alle 17.45!! Piscina con acqua gelata Luci del balcone esterne fastidiose durante la notte, se si vuole dormire con le finestre aperte, fino al loro spegnimento automatico. Abbiamo dovuto svitare la lampadine per dormire. Ospiti rumorosi, durante le ore serali, nelle zone dei campi di gioco. Edificio lontano da tutto. Mancava la salvietta per il bidet.

Nice hotel
We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a junior suite. The bedroom was very large and whilst the bed was very large, we did not find it comfortable. The mattress appeared to be a poor quality memory foam type. There was also an uncomfortable waterproof mattress cover. Connected to the bedroom was a living room with 2 single beds, armchairs and sofa. Bathe the bedroom and living room had a balcony overlooking the pool and the west which made for a lovely sunset. The public areas were spacious and nicely appointed. The restaurant was ‘ok’. We had booked half board. Breakfast and Dinner were buffet style. The hotel did not have an a la carte restaurant. The hotel was busy and staff were struggling to turn over tables. Drinks arrived quickly. The Dinner buffet was ‘ok’ very little choice for vegetarians or vegans, staff were struggling to replenish food. Salad options were basic, no cheese, it the roast pork was delicious. Breakfast was better, many versions of eggs (fried, boiled, scrambled) cheese, tomato, bread, fruit etc. Tea pots were available and a nice selection of teas. The pool area was clean and well maintained, the music and PA was at times too loud and intrusive. We were able to extend check out time from 12 noon to 3pm for a reasonable cost of 15€. The hotel is on the edge of town with. I restaurants or bars close by. Overall we were pleased, the hotel facilities and rooms met 4* standard but felt the restaurant and food did not not.
