Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve Tours

Krystal Grand Los Cabos was a good choice for me. I had returned from scuba diving in the Sea of Cortez for 11 days and needed a place to stay for one night before I returned home to Los Angeles, California. The property was clean, well maintained, and directly on the beach which I loved. There were a number of pools, but I did not swim at the resort (although they looked like a lot of fun and a number of families were enjoying them). I only ate at the buffet and the salads were excellent while the entrees were just average. My room looked out to the ocean and was very clean yet somewhat modest with a queen-sized bed and a small (but functional) bathroom. There was very limited closet/storage space in the room. Water pressure in the shower was modest. I must remark that the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. All-in-all a pleasant beach-front resort for the budget-minded tourist.

Where to begin. So disappointed with this stay. We booked for a whole week with my family/children. Since the day we arrived there was NO AC working. To summit up Our entire stay was a hassle, being moved room after room total of 6 just me and my husband and small children and my adult children moved also room total room. Maintenance man would go check air with a thermometer insisting it was cooling but it was not .Unbearable so humid and strong smell of mold in the rooms. And pools nasty murky with algae and dirt floating around early mornings. That’s an ear/pink eye infestation waiting to happen..And on top of that food was horrible and frozen and reception area Never ever ever picks up phone. Ugh Will not be staying here again. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE. This was supposed to be relaxing calm stress free week.

Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor
