Dear Anonymous, I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by the closed door, we lock the door at night during low season but the hotel has staff 24/7 and there is a doorbell so the receptionist can open it for you. We are indeed converting the entire pool area to a spectacular leisure space. We do hope to have the pleasure of hosting you in the future, with a brand new, pampering pool area.
