“This was the worst Expedia hotel booking experience I've ever had. The bed was dirty, the room was dirty, the AC didn't work very well and the mini-fridge was leaking. At night the place was locked down and I felt like I was in a prison. I left the hotel and checked into the Hampton Inn down the road.”
