"O'Casey's was exactly the respite we needed during the 2nd leg of our trip. We enjoyed very good sleep, great breakfast choices, and beautiful walks. We were close enough to walk downtown to the River Walk, the Pearl Historic Brewing Co., and many great restaurants. The host and owner, Amanda, was so welcoming and gracious, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will be back!"

"Check in was easy. They do give free drinks when you check in. The first room we stayed in was bad. The beds were damp, I mean the sheets and pillow cases were damp. The floors were damp. Everything in the room was damp and the room smelled moldy. The next morning I tried to talk to manager but not by in till noon. We did switch rooms and the second room. Was better. I did leave message for manager to contact me he never did. I also left voicemail for assistant manager to contact and she never did. Guessing they do. It care. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were very clean. The only issue they use the worse toilet paper ever."

"Close to places around the Riverwalk. Restaurant was nice I love the mini taco which I ate twice in a row. So good. The Cafe side was ok wishing they expand the menu to a more breakfast kind not just pastries and coffee. Room was very close to the pool, clean and have toiletries inside the shower like shampoo and conditioner and body wash. the pool was big enough for a nice swim or just hang out. Chairs and sofas were well maintained and pool has towels which is a must sometimes. All areas of the hotel were well kept also open till 10 pm. No complaints. Minimum noise from other rooms. Would have like to have a waiter to asked for drinks at the pool but you can bring your own too. Overall a great place to stay I enjoyed the mini 4 day vacay. Will come back. Emirys L"

"Great location in downtown with imediate access to Riverwalk. The property is a bit older in a regal historical type of way. Stay was great, the included breakfast a little perk, gym needs a bit of an update, and the valet was a little slow at times but is likely like this thru most high-rise hotels in San Antonio."

"When I arrived they said they had to change my room from 2 beds to one bed. We were 3 adults. I no one called me ahead of time to advise me. I could have looked at other hotels. I kept asking to speak to a manager he never came out. Very unprofessional. Finally they gave me another room. If I hadn’t spoken up I would have been stuck with one bed Also one elevator is very very loud and sounds like it is about to break."
