Hi All, We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting. Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station.

このたびは素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。全体的にとても楽しく、心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。 夕食はとても美味しく、特にお肉料理には感動しました。 ただ、夕食はもう少し素材の味を生かしたシンプルな味付けにすると、さらに魅力が引き立つのではと感じました。また、山形のお米はとても美味しいので、炊き込みご飯だけでなく、白米のおかわりもできると嬉しいです。デザートに関しては、コースの締めくくりとして、季節のフルーツタルトなど、より華やかなものがあると最後までお料理を存分に楽しめるかもしれません。 朝食はとても美味しく、大満足でした！ ぜひこのまま変えずに提供していただきたいです。 お部屋にプロジェクターが備え付けられていたのは素晴らしかったのですが、Wi-Fiの通信が少し不安定で、映像が途中で止まることが頻繁にあったのは少し残念でした。また、プロジェクター周辺にリモコンが複数あり、最初に使い方を迷ったので、簡単な説明書があるとよりスムーズに楽しめると思います。 ラウンジに置いてあったレコードプレーヤーもとても興味がありましたが、再生方法がわからず使用を諦めてしまいました。こちらも簡単な案内があると、多くの方が楽しめるのではないでしょうか。 貸切風呂と大浴場（女湯）については、もう少し温度が高めだとさらにリラックスできそうだと感じました。アメニティも充実していると、より快適に過ごせると思います。 最後に、なんと言ってもビールはとても美味しく、おつまみも最高でした！おつまみの種類がもう少し増えると、さらに楽しめそうです。 全体的に素晴らしいおもてなしで、素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。次回の訪問も楽しみにしています。 ありがとうございました！
